  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

Shipping timelines vary based on location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Bloom Essentials is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If you experience an issue:

  • We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • You’re always welcome to reach out to us—we will do our best to support you

Incorrect Shipping Information

Bloom Essentials is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 Preorders & Launch Drops (If Applicable)

For preorders or special launches:

  • Orders may take up to 2–4 weeks to ship depending on inventory arrival
