Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of ingestible health products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used supplements.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- Item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong product
- Item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
To be eligible:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be sealed and in resellable condition
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you.
Please email us at contactus@bloomwomenswellness.org within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product and packaging
We will:
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened supplements
- Used products
- Items purchased more than 7 days after delivery
- Final sale or promotional items (if marked)
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
